and Associates has extensive experience in Subdivisional
design.
We
efficiently design and document subdivision works.
We have over the years developed a list of small
to medium sized contractors who have the ability
to perform quality work at reasonable prices. We
regularly invite tenders from this list for works
which we have documented. We have a policy of inviting
tenders from a maximum of four tenderers in order
that each of those that have been invited have the
incentive to approach the tender seriously. Where
more than four tenderers are invited the chance of
successfully obtaining a competitive contract is
more remote.
We
endeavour to minimise costs and consider alternative
solutions for all aspects of the works. Savings are
achieved by the minimisation of pavement thickness's.
It is too easy to provide base and sub-base material
in excess of requirements by the ready application
of available pavement design curves.
Recent
requirements by Councils for Erosion Control documentation
and design can be accommodated.
We
are able to take a project from concept phase to
full design documentation. Previous projects include
